Your experience will begin as you depart in the morning from Milan from either Central Station, the Corso Buenos Aires, and Piazza Duomo. From there you will travel to the Serravelle Outlet where you can spend the day at your leisure. Reservations leaving at
-10:00 or 10:30 AM return from Serravalle Outlet at 6:30 PM
-12:00 or 12:30 PM return from Serravalle Outlet at 8:30 PM
Both return times will drop you off at one of the three tour meeting points after a trip of about 1 hour and 15 minutes

Booking through GYG is wonderful. I had a slight issue so I chatted with them abd they assisted promptly. Thank you. This outlet is great. Weekday and weekend same discount I took the bus at 10am and depart 6:30pm. Great discounts Prada, Ferragamo, Gucci, especially Boss and Armani. Ate at a restaurant, nice local food. Great trip that one will not miss if in Milan

On the outward journey we were told that we had the choice of 2 times for the return journey. We wanted the earliest time . The driver on this bus did not know the booking through get your guide and did not let us on the bus. He couldn't speak English either. When his bus was almost full, he went to another, random bus, asking if anyone could speak English.. 1 of passengers translated. This came to nothing. In the end I was very clear with the question whether we could come along or not ... in the end this went with some reluctance ... badly arranged ... and then also a driver who does not speak English ....

It was good but I was really confused about the return time so had to call the customer support. Don't know why it wasn't on the listing. Also beware on the way back people were fighting for seats. Also felt like the bus was going really slow. The journey ended up being more like 2 hours on the way there because of the Milan traffic, so I recommend taking it from Duomo stop to avoid that. Also it was a bit stuffy on board, and no toilets. So make sure you go beforehand!! But otherwise it was alright, I loved the outlet!
