The Cap Blanc lighthouse was built in 1862 and is possibly one of the most beautiful lighthouses on Mallorca. The lighthouse, which is still in operation and under public management, cannot be visited inside, but you can walk around it to admire this window to the Mediterranean while you take photos and enjoy a freshly baked ensaimada. On your way to the Salinas d'Es Trenc, you'll come across another unmissable site, the tower of Cala Pi, and the cliff that leads down to the famous beach of Cala Pi, with its turquoise, crystal-clear water. Your last stop will be at the Es Trenc salt marshes, an idyllic spot where you can see the ponds in which the concentration of salt in the water is increased. A representative of the salt-producing company will give you an illustrative talk on how the salt works and the different stages of the process until the salt that reaches our tables is obtained.
