I did this hike with Andre from Look around tours who pointed out the various vegetation of the area including the infamous cork trees. The trail itself was easy to medium for me with about 2.2km of a flat gravel road and then a gradual uphill climb of 1.5km to the peak of the Arabdida mountain. About 800m of the climb is a bit steep and you needed to climb cautiously. The view at the top was breathtaking. Total time to complete the hike was 3:23hrs which included rest breaks along the way. I also had the opportunity to visit the Sesimbra coastal quaint town with beautiful beaches and very friendly people. The main cons for me for this hike was the time of day the hike was done which was in the midday heat and the longer than expected waiting time at Sesimbra for my pickup for my drive back to my hotel. Other than that the experience was good and I got some great pics.

It was wonderful stay there, the seightseen was great and the guide André was excellent, the walking is good for people like me that desire make different tourism like hiking mountain.
