Experience mysterious caves and secret beaches like Portinho da Arrábida and Ribeiro do Cavalo while climbing, rappeling, and swimming on a thrilling speedboat trip through the intertidal coastal zone of the Arrábida Natural Park, a perfect place for coasteering. After meeting your instructor/guide, start your day with a safety briefing and an introduction to your coasteering gear. Then, hop on a speedboat to the activity's starting point. Learn more about the regional fauna, flora, and geology, while traveling through rocky and aquatic areas. Use multiple techniques, including rock climbing (low technical and difficulty levels), swimming, and jumping in the water. Enjoy more than a dozen jumps between 2 and 8 meters high. Splash in the crystal blue waters of one of the world’s most beautiful bays in between the picturesque village of Sesimbra and Setúbal. Equipped with buoyancy aids and individual protection gear, without the aid of any artificial means (e.g. steel cables), enjoy a more dynamic and immersive progression into nature. At the end of the coasteering experience, return to the starting point by speedboat.

Travel from the Lisbon Zoo, taking in views of the rich coastline and its varied elements along the way to the Costa da Caparica, where the Tejo River (River Tagus) flows into the ocean. You will be provided with surf equipment and meet your instructor before beginning your surf experience.  After surfing take a break and visit a sunny fisherman village. Here, you will be given the opportunity to taste the fresh flavors of the Portuguese fish-based gastronomy. Marvel at the views of the spectacular protected landscapes and historical monuments in Arrábida Natural Park. After, enjoy a wine tasting in a historic cellar in one of the richest wine regions in Portugal, Setúbal.

Glide across the gorgeous waters of Arrábida Natural Park on a stand-up paddleboard and take in breathtaking views of the Luiz Saldanha Marine Park. Enjoy calm waters, a vast sea coast, and pleasant weather, all of which make the ideal conditions for paddleboarding. Meet your guide at Creiro Beach, where your activity begins. After a quick safety briefing and instructions, get kitted out and take to the waters. Paddle along the sea and through the coves of Serra da Arrábida and the Marina Professor Luís Saldanha Reserve. Pass by deserted beaches and local vegetation before returning to the beach.
