This was such a fun class! Great for solo travelers as well as group. You get a bit of orientation to the market plus some history prior to getting your hands into the ingredients and cooking away! The staff running the class were personable and patient. Everyone got a chance to participate. The sangria and wine with the meals was great. Would 100% recommend!
This was an amazing tour we did 3 tapas bars, first 2 were good, genuine experience, but we finished at a new wave tapas bar and it blew our socks off! Paired wines and tapas that was incredible. Our guide Vincent was knowledgeable, and a very fine young man. our group was small and we all got on very well.
This was a lovely evening learning how to make traditional Spanish food - cold tom soup, Spinach and chick pea tapas and of course paella. We didn't get to prepare much of it ourselves but at the end enjoyed the meal together over a glass of wine.
A well organized and enjoyable three hours enabling good participation culminating in a feast! The Sangria, wine and olives which accompanied the activities were very good along with the very personable chef. Thoroughly recommended!
What a great evening. A truly professional chef teaching the tricks of Spanish cuisine. We learned so much, the food was great, and nice to meet the other participants.
