AMAZING!!! My boyfriend and I had such a good night! The paella we made was so much better than the touristy version we had the night before. I liked the chefs explanation of why we used each ingredient and how we were to prepare each part of the dish. The food tasted delicious at the end of the night. I think the people in the class can also make or break the experience, but we had a good crowd (we got lucky!). 10/10! Traditional paella doesn’t include the typical shrimp/ octopus/ clam/ etc combination we see at restaurants, so we were pleasantly surprised with the delicious taste that the chicken paella provided. A definite must do while in Seville!
Our class with Abby was spectacular. Absolutely worth every penny. She was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. She was flexible with our group and allowed us to decided exactly what we wanted to make! Along with stopping by the markets, we stopped at various historic sites which she explained the significance of to her and the city. The cooking was fun and lively, and the food was amazing!! This class was authentic and meaningful. Definitely the highlight of our trip! Thank you Abby!!
This was a lovely evening learning how to make traditional Spanish food - cold tom soup, Spinach and chick pea tapas and of course paella. We didn't get to prepare much of it ourselves but at the end enjoyed the meal together over a glass of wine.
A well organized and enjoyable three hours enabling good participation culminating in a feast! The Sangria, wine and olives which accompanied the activities were very good along with the very personable chef. Thoroughly recommended!
What a great evening. A truly professional chef teaching the tricks of Spanish cuisine. We learned so much, the food was great, and nice to meet the other participants.
