The experience begins at dawn. Watch the inflation of the hot air balloon while learning about the history and mechanics of this mode of flying. When the balloon is ready, take off into the skies and celebrate with a refreshing glass of cava. As the wind carries you along, soak up panoramic views of Seville’s sprawling countryside. After around an hour or so, begin the descent down to the ground, where a delicious breakfast awaits.
