Fun way to see Seville from the river

As complete novices, Simon and I had a great time learning to Kayak and see some of Seville at the same time. Our guides Miguel and Christina were friendly, helpful and interesting, sharing lots of information on the history of Seville and some great tips on places to visit. Would highly recommend this activity if your looking for something different to do in Seville.

A beautiful day of culture, sport and nature.

At the opening of the rowing club 10:30 am, David our guide, showed us the equipment that we would use during the day and all the safety rules to spend a day of fun and relaxation. David told us about the ancient and new history of the river and the buildings that overlook it. Along the way we were lucky enough to meet a little of the river fauna such as a small heron (or similar), ducks, geese, goslings, frogs and even some nice fish darting out of the water. I would have preferred the guide to speak in Italian, but nevertheless David explained everything to us in impeccable and very understandable English. Thanks to Not Just A Turist for the wonderful day and to David for his friendliness. A nice memory of Seville to keep.

Great way to see Seville through a local's eyes.

David our kayaking guide was great! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and provided a unique perspective in sharing information with our group about Sevilla. Kayaking was a fun adventure and a good way to cool off in seeing the city since we went during the hot months. When traveling, I always seek out the local's perspective and it was refreshing to meet a true Sevillan and have him as our guide. I would recommend David and his kayaking tour with Not Just a Tourist to anyone, you won't be disappointed!
