The order processing and the sending of the ticket via the internet went immediately and without any problems. After the guide had viewed all the tickets on site, we quickly got to the cathedral without queuing. Unfortunately the guide only spoke English with a heavy accent. We didn't like it at all that he wasn't holding anything up or wearing any identification, such as flashy clothing or the like, and arriving too late at the meeting point. The group was very large and we had to wear single-sided headphones. In the great crowd that was in the Cathedral in Seville, we even lost sight of Guido. It took a while until we found the group again. The Guido himself was completely overwhelmed, cursed the whole time and constantly used the words "Guys come on" "What happened"

Having paid 63 euro for a guided tour of the cathedral in Saville with GYG our supposed guide failed to show for our 1pm meeting, we would like a total refund.
