What people are saying about Shinjuku City

Kaz is a great guide! It was such a pleasure to spend time with him and the rest of the group (we fell in love with our South African family). We were in two different izakayas were we had plenty of delicious food and booze. Afterwards we strolled around Shinjuku were we stopped by at different kinds of snack bars. Kaz also showed us the fascinating micro bar district of Shinjuku. The tour ended with the popular Japanese Matcha ice cream. Thank you for this tasty and sociable experience.

We had a perfect day with our guide Patrick. We biked all over Tokyo and visited tourist sites, quiet neighbourhoods and a water throwing festival. During the day we tried differet kind of food like onigiri from the basement of a shopping center for breakfast, takoyaki kushiyaki at the festival and the most amazing ochazuke from a small restaurant in a quiet street. Patrick was an fantastic guide and the idea to bike around was amazing.

Michael is a super cool guy who was fun to chat with. He was very knowledgeable in his choice of cuisines and super flexible with our preferences. We visited several local places that were not touristy. We even visited a shrine. He also took great photos and had good suggestions for vegetarian Ramen that we tried the next day—totally worth our trek! Thanks, made for a great first night in Tokyo!

My tour guide was Patrick. I can only recommend him to everyone, he knows Tokyo very well and was able to show me many places that I would never have found on my own. The food, drink and the trip through the alleys - everything was just awesome!

Our guide Sergio was great! He was able to give us a unique mix of a food tour, history lesson, and sightseeing experience. This was a great way to start off our trip in Japan!
