What people are saying about Sicily

Our experience of touring Etna with this company was absolutely incredible, and we could not recommend them enough! Mary was kind enough to keep in regular contact with us regarding the 'what, where, and when', and even went above and beyond to organize us a plan B of getting to the meeting point in the event that we couldn't get our hire car (long story). Once we got there, it was a smooth process of gearing up, being debriefed on what to expect, and then taking off to explore Etna. All the guides were incredibly professional, and it was lovely to exchange stories with them along the way. Our guide in particular, Massimo 'Max', was so knowledgeable about the volcano and not only regularly checked on guests to make sure that they were coping with the pace and elevation, but would also impart interesting information about the volcano's history (which is extensive), activity, and morphology. This excursion was worth every penny and more, and could not recommend them enough!

We had a great trip around Ortigia and the various Siracusa grottos with our skipper Otto, who was very insightful with his information about key sites but was also great at letting us sit back, relax and enjoy the sights, sun and sea. We saw a number of other boat trips out at the same time which looked to be more crowded and just quickly buzzing between stops. This tour took it's time and let us really enjoy the sites in what seemed like a lot more comfort than the other boats we saw.

Otto was our captain and his passengers were only me and my girlfriend. We had a really nice time, he showed us the caves, even from the inside! He didn't care that there's only the two of us there. He navigated flawlessly. It is apparent that he loves the sea. We even talked about everyday life as well, he was really friendly and nice with us, can only recommend!

This is definitely the way to see the temples! We saved our feet and got to see a few of the temples when we were short on time. Donnatella was our guide, we loved her! Such a great time all around.

Otto was really very kind and helpful , he showed us interesting places on the Coast .
