Full description

Begin this full-day tour with a drive into the Taurus Mountains. Your first stop of the day is Avasun, known as the village of bay leaves. Stop to take in the views over the Green Canyon and Green Lake and take the opportunity to grab some terrific holiday snaps. Visit the village of Ürünlü and learn about the distinctive button houses, an architectural curiosity famous in this area. Enjoy a tea or coffee break at a traditional house before visiting Altinbesik Cave National Park. During your tour you'll also have the chance to take a boat ride on a subterranean lake and see the stalactite and stalagmite formations in the Golden Cradle Cavern. In Ormana village, see more button houses and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Sarihacilar köyü, a village on the Silk Road before visiting a traditional house and a spectacular 650-year-old Ottoman mosque.

Really good trip and great sights ...the only downside for us was we were with a predominantly German group and the guide could speak great German but had limited English and therefore we did not get the in-depth narrative the rest did..the guide did however do his best.

Der Ausflug hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Man hatte viele Möglichkeiten von tollen Spots Fotos zu machen. Sowohl die Fahrt in die Höhlen als auch der Besuch in die alttürkischen Dörfer waren sehr interessant. Das Essen war sehr lecker und ebenso der Tourguide hat seinen Job sehr gut gemacht. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! 😊

Der Ausflug war eins der absoluten Highlights unseres Urlaubs! Die Altinbesik-Höhle ist wunderschön und absolut sehenswert, da sie so weit außerhalb liegt hat man auch nicht die ganz großen Touristenmassen, wie an anderen Orten. Auch der Stopp in dem kleinen Dorf mit den Knopfhäusern war wirklich schön. Positiv überrascht hat uns unser 3-Gänge Mittagessen, das wirklich lecker war. Besonders loben muss ich auch noch unseren Tourguide Özçan, der wirklich klasse war und uns viel interessantes erzählt hat, ein absolut sympathischer Typ! Wir können den Ausflug weiterempfehlen.
