Our tour guide Maria was wonderful, so knowledgeable, honest, helpful and fun! There were timings issues on the day out of her control, which meant we had less time at the places we visited, and it felt more rushed than it should have been. Time wasted waiting for buses impacted on the day, but Maria was so apologetic even though there wasn’t anything she could do. Sintra is such a wonderful, magical place, well worth a visit, I just wish I’d had more time to explore. Will have to go again in the future!

The experience has been very good, totally recommended. The guide was very good, very close, and explained quite curious details that helped us to know all the aspects and history of the palaces. I had been to one of them years ago and the experience was totally different thanks to his explanations. In addition, going with a person who takes you to the very door of the palace allows you to enjoy the excursion without worries.

It's worth it, because when you go on your own you arrive later as you lose time and the queues get longer as time goes by, especially in the Pena Palace, so you have to be patient because you still queue , in Sintra we had problems with the rockers at the entrance, since the agency did not send the confirmation, but the guide solved it and it really was not his problem. Our guide was María and she was always very attentive and willing to help and answer questions. Thank you very much María! !!!
