The 2 hour drive was perfect for us, very informative, the bus driver masters her job, ... And she took several photos of us 4 friends in front of the bus. The tip in the slightly longer break for a short snack break was exactly right. There was also a lot of news for both of us Berliners. We can really recommend this. I have one more tip to extend the route: just drive from Alex to United Nations Square, past the "Kosmos", because the former Stalinallee is a monumental street with a lot of history.

We got lucky with our Tour and Tour Guide Carlos. We were able to take our time and he pointed out so many things that we had seen before but didn't know the history behind it. 3 Hours may not sound like a lot but you are definitely beat afterwards.

The sensation of getting up in absolute silence, in the light breeze, is wonderful. The hot air balloon anchored to the ground by a steel cable reaches a height of about 150 meters which allows you to admire the whole city from above. Fantastic.

I was with my 5 year old grandson and we loved the hot air balloon ride! It was exhilarating to ascend so high, but not too scary for a 5 year old nor a 65 year old either. The view was amazing. So glad we did it.

I really enjoyed the experience :) with a spectacular view of Berlin.
