Max was our guide and he was absolutely fantastic. He had such rich knowledge of the area and its history and was able to inform us of this all throughout our drive. We stopped on route to a Limoncello shop just outside of Sorrento which was wonderful. In terms of the Amalfi Coast, Max stopped for one hour at Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. We were able to have a walk around each place and got to enjoy its beauty. Ravello was by far the most idyllic, the gardens there are a must!. Max also arranged for us to have lunch on the Amalfi coast at a restaurant that had the my exquisite view of the coastline. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend!
This trip was absolutely amazing! It is flexible allowing the participants to adjust the time according to their preferences. We made several photo stops with fascinating views. The pompei guide was very professional and she knows Pompei backwards and forwards. The roads of Almafi coast is not easy to drive and I am glad our driver had high driving skills. Also, he was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every single moment of the trip. Pompei is a must, as well as Positano, so this tour provides them both with a professional guide and excellent driver. I highly recommend this tour to every person who enjoys rich history and breathtaking views.
Absolutely brilliant time on the tour from start to finish! Our guide Fabio picked us up on time from our hotel and took us to some beautiful locations along the coast and took many photos. The last location, I will leave as a surprise because it was breathtaking...you must book this tour to find out for yourself!
Our driver and guide was Mr Massimo. The whole trip was very well organised. He was punctual, warm and friendly. His command of English was good and he knows all the interesting locations for all the towns that we visited. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Massimo and his company for the tour of Amalfi Coast.
The only real negative was that Amalfi Town was overcrowded the day we did the tour, because a large cruise ship was in port. Also some advice - photos are best in the late morning heading towards Salerno and not so good coming back to Positano in the late afternoon as the sun is directly in your face.
