Your first winery is the beautiful and historic Château Yaldara, home to not only some of the finest Shirazes in the region but to some of the best-preserved period architecture in the state.  Continue through the picturesque surroundings of the Barossa Valley, and cross the iconic Jacobs Creek. Enjoy time to explore the shops and attractions of the historic township of Tanunda. Indulge with some of the Barossa’s most internationally acclaimed wines at the beautiful Peter Lehmann Winery with a platter of the best meats, cheeses, and freshly baked bread. The next stop is a real hidden gem of the Barossa and is exclusive to tour guests: Rosenvale Wines. This small but top-quality cellar welcomes guests to try their high-quality selection of wines as they guide you through a passionate and personal tasting experience. Enjoy the exquisite quality of their products. It's then time to depart for the final winery for the day, as you visit the iconic Wolf Blass with its state-of-the-art Visitor Centre. Try wines you may recognize, or enjoy tasting cellar tour exclusives. Complete your day with a trip through the beautiful Seppeltsfield region, where you will have the perfect photo opportunity before heading back to Adelaide at approximately 5:30 PM. 

After boarding at Elder Park Landing there will be an opportunity to purchase food and beverages from the deckhand. The captain will take time to deliver a safety talk and introduce the crew before beginning commentary of the local area and wider South Australia.   Once seated, the cruise will commence by heading toward the Torrens River Weir Gate while passing the Adelaide Festival Centre, SAHMRI, and Adelaide Gaol. Enjoy 30 minutes of commentary before arriving at Adelaide Zoo where you will have the option to disembark and explore the zoo, Botanic Garden its and surrounds. The last 15 minutes of the tour will be relaxed, allowing you a great chance to ask questions, take photos with the crew, and get some advice on what to see and do once you disembark.

After morning pickup from Adelaide and Glenelg, head towards the Barossa Valley to discover the region’s charming villages, vineyards, and German heritage. Stop in the historic village of Hahndorf, one of the most important German settlements in the region. Wander through the town and be charmed by its quaint 19th-century architecture. Afterward, take a scenic drive through the Barossa Valley, where you’ll stop in Lyndoch at the Kies Winery. Famed for its prolific production, enjoy a wine tasting alongside lunch at this family-run vineyard. With your palate piqued, head to more wineries and a chocolate factory, capping things off at Maggie Beer's Farm Shop. Return to your accommodation in Adelaide around 5:15 PM, just in time to reflect on the sights and tastes of the day over dinner.

Benefit from a safety briefing before climbing aboard a boat to go in search of marine life and the chance to swim and snorkel with lovable sea creatures. The Murray Mouth cruise is roughly 90 minutes in duration. Departing from the Main Wharf in Goolwa at 10:30 AM, cruise downstream to the Goolwa Barrage and through the lock where you will get to view the resident seal colony and drop down to sea level. Learn about the history of the lock and it's importance to the health of the river before continuing down toward the mouth of the Murray River. Take in the ambiance of the region that inspired the book, Storm Boy on your way there. On your return cruise to Goolwa, you will pass sand dunes supporting native vegetation and see an abundance wetland birdlife.

Be incarcerated in Australia's longest continuously operating gaol. Discover the ghost of Governor Ashton, whose body was dropped through a window, Sister Mary MacKillop's link with the Gaol and the spirit of South Australia's most sadistic killer still stalking his prey. Once you arrive at McLaren Vale the first stop is the stunning Chapel Hill Winery. Have your taste buds primed and your camera poised as your host at Chapel Hill tantalizes you with a wonderful wine tasting experience at their picturesque cellar door. From Chapel Hill, you'll wind through the stunning countryside, with grapevines and sea views as you head to the next winery, the quaint Shingleback Winery. This Wine tasting is really relaxed and you'll get to enjoy a structured tasting of Shinglebacks finest wines. If you're peckish, you can purchase a cheeseboard to enjoy with your wine. Now the tour heads back towards Adelaide, but taking the scenic route. Gaze out at the Adelaide coastline as you journey towards the final destination of the day, Adelaide's beautiful seaside suburb of Glenelg. There are two options here. Either take a 20-minute stroll to check the place out and hop back on board or stay and make your own way back on the tram.
