We had a great day with our guide and driver Widi. we choosed to go to borobodur in the early morning to see the sunrise there and going to dieng plateau afterwards which was a good decision in the rainy season as there were too many clouds to see the mountains. Borobodur wasn't too crowded and we had enough time and space to explore. It is a long trip to the plateau but Widi brought us safe to the best spots and told us many things about the sights and the Indonesian culture. His English is very good and we talked and laughed a lot. We recommend this trip especially in the rainy season because there are fewer tourists and more time to experience it for yourself.

The guide and driver were very flexible and accommodating. The driver often stopped en route for me to take photos of the surroundings. They both explained quite a bit about local customs and lore en route. The guide was very knowledgeable about the places we visited (Keraton, Taman Siri, Prambanan and Ratu Boko) and adapted to my pace, and also found a restaurant near Prambanan (Kali Opak) with good food. It was the guide who suggested waiting for the sunset at Ratu Boko when we were finished at Ratu Boko almost an hour early, even though it was still a long drive back as my hotel was close to Borobudur.

Widi is a really good guide who knows many things about Yogya and the indonesian culture and showed us nice places to spend some time. This trip was awesome, exciting and funny.

Great driver / guide who spoke excellent English and knew a lot. The local guide in Borobudur was also good and very involved.

Fast and reliable on Borobudur Good Guide there great trip
