What people are saying about Split

Plant of the olive museum still very new. Everything very well maintained including the toilets. Guide was in English, tried very hard and also informative. Of course we also bought a little in the shop. What was positive was that we were able to look at everything in peace and test/try it out. So not the usual push-to-sell. Fortress is definitely worth a visit. Take something to drink with you, there is no sale or anything like that up there. But the view is insane. It's worth it!

This place is absolutely awesome! A great impressive fortress full of the history of this part of Croatia and Europe. The views from way up there on that clifftop perch are extremely impressive. This is absolutely worth a visit. If you are expecting Games of Thrones things... don't. Nothing really left here to see from that.

A great place if you want to really learn more about what real extra virgin olive oil really is. it will change your view diametrically about the oil you bought in the supermarket

It was very worthwhile and we learned a lot about olive oil and it was very tasty!

Kliss is an amazing fortress you should definitely go there.
