Too expensive! but still a good time spent with kids!

We has a good time there and could easily spend 4 hours. Yes, it is a bit expensive and it was too crowded as there were many of the play areas we could not access as they were occupied by others and I did have a thought that is this what I paid for! But, in the end what really matters is the kids have fun and my 3 and a half year old daughter did have a ball of time! She really remembers LEGOLAND as the only major thing from our recent Berlin memories and I am happy!

Convenient but not easy to get at the airport

I got trouble to get the card the airport. Because even I had printed my voucher beforehand, the lady at the airport asked me to show a proof of how much I paid for to understand If I bought "museum island or premium pass" Unfortunately I couldn't show her anything else as I only got my voucher as described at the web site.

Buy it at the train station. Its cheaper!

I did find out that if I bought the 3 day Berlin ABC pass at the train station it would have been €32. I paid £40 online. So actually paid more money then I needed to. This is not something that people would be aware of untill they arrive in Berlin.

I do not know how we would have done without him !!!

We were a family with 2 children(11,14) and I think it was worth the money .We pretty much went with public transport in Berlin and Potsdam .A one time I used to have a discount on another museum where we paid 21 euros instead of 14 euros !!

Well, couldn't use museums due to the Coronavirus issue. But did use the card for transit- on the U, S, and R trains. Much better than being on a cocoon-like tourist bus, as it gave insight on real-life in Berlin and its people.
