    It was actually great…eventually. Very informative and gave us an overview of what to expect and see in St.Augustine. Initially, however, the aloof Ticket Agent at the booth questioned, before confirming, our ticket reservations: “Where’d we get the tickets? Next time, come to him for discount tickets, etc.” I also asked questions about the mechanics of “hopping on and off” and when the last trolley would be, etc. The Ticket Agent could only coldly repeated himself with restrained disdain. Altogether, my visit to St. Augustine and Florida in general were not positive. Lifeless, impersonal robots like the Ticket Agent above should not be in the “hospitality” industry if they despise the very people who support it. He wasn’t the only one. We enjoyed the dolphins and the acquarium very much. The people helping were plentiful and could not have been more accommodating. We didn't see the turtles but plan to go back soon.

Is a great place to go. Everyone who works there is so friendly , so nice. Everything is clean, including restroom. Shows are nice. Is a good choice to go back…..
