I have been to St. Louis many times, always driving, always wondering "What is that? What is THAT?" as I pass by one interesting-looking place after another. This was my first trolley tour of the city. On a trolley tour I get to relax and rubberneck and really LEARN about the city I am touring. This is the third tour I have taken in the third city. NOW, when I visit a city, the FIRST thing I do is look for a trolley tour, then follow it up by returning to the most interesting locations pointed out on the tour.

Gregory was extremely, patient, friendly, professional and helpful in finding our way to the trolley since gps wasn’t working due to road closures and was frustrating with all the traffic due to ballgames. He went over and beyond the call and stayed on the phone with us until we got there. Our call dropped and he called us back to make sure we made it. Even notified the bus driver that we were on the way and got us there right on time. THANK YOU GREGORY!

Only thing we missed was seeing the Gateway Arch, I think the road was closed that he would have used.
