It was a long day trip but saw a lot as promised in tour description. I am also impressed with tour company tried to improve after previous negative reviews e.g. stop for coffee break at roadside why not at lake Como area and long wait. Maria explained to us that restroom is closed off-season in Venerra. She called ahead so that takeaway food will be ready at that roadside stop and at Tirana before boarding Bernina express train. No long wait on my trip as more people at counter for check out. Thing could improve- using a single tour guide who has to repeat English and Spanish is not good. By the time she finishes, whatever she wanted to tell us is long gone!

It was an incredible experience. Marcela was absolutely amazing and she told us a lot of interesting things throughout the trip. The Bernina train and the landscapes we saw were breathtaking, and there was a lot of snow. Besides, in the trip to St. Moritz, there was a car competition in the frozen lake so we really enjoyed it. I really recommend it, and I also recommend to bring your own sandwiches so as not to waste time!

AMAZING experience! This trip was an unforgettable experience i would 100% recommend it! So glad to have such an amazing guide and to live all those fantastic moments!
