The tour started 30mins late, but once we got hiking it was great. The tour guide spoke English and Italian and was very friendly, knowledgeable and responsible. The hike was nice and the view of the volcano was of course spectacular. The hike back down in darkness was quite an experience as well. I would recommend shoes with good grip and a light jacket or sweater against the wind up there.

A good option if you want to visit Vulcano, Panarea, Stromboli in one go, time is a little bit short to see each island, you have to choose between sunbathing, sightseeing and eating dinner. Each of these islands and the rest of the Aeolian Islands could be visited all day long. The view of the volcano eruption is very spectacular, nice landscapes and beaches.

A short walk leads to to a viewing point where you can see regular eruptions of the vulcano at dawn or during early night. The landscape is very beautiful and if you are lucky you can combine a beautiful sunset with amazing vulcanic activity. Definitely worth the effort.

Very beautiful, totally relaxed boat tour. Nice people, friendly staff. We’ve got the essential information about the island. Nothing more (no music, no advertising..), what we appreciated a lot! Thank you.
