You will begin your relaxing day with a hotel pick-up between 8:30-9:15 AM depending on your location. After pickup from your accommodation, head to the local boxing gym. There you’ll be given a short introduction to Muay Thai and put through your paces in a warm-up session before the class starts. Learn more about Muay Thai, a local mixed martial art and one of the most beloved sports in Thailand. The sport has some similarities to boxing but also introduces the use of legs, elbows, arms, and shins. Learn the basics of the national sport and work up a sweat as you practice kicks, strikes, and punches.
