Start your experience with an afternoon orientation at 4:00 PM. The following day begins at 10:00 AM with a classroom session, to learn the basics of scuba diving. At 12:00 PM you'll move to the swimming pool, where your experienced instructor will teach you the skills you need for diving. Learn to clear your mask, retrieve your regulator, and what you should do in the unlikely event of an emergency.   The next day begins at 9:30 AM with another session in the classroom. Learn how diving affects the human body, some basic navigation, and other safety skills. In the afternoon, head out on the boat to complete your first 2 open water dives. Dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters and look out for stingrays, pufferfish, moray eels, and an amazing array of vibrant reef fish.   Your final day starts early at 7:45 AM, with 2 dives at more advanced sites on Ko Tao. See bigger creatures that inhabit the island's waters, like barracuda, queen fish, and even whale sharks if you're very lucky. Afterwards, you'll be able to call yourself an open water diver and be certified up to 18 meters anywhere in the world.

2. Koh Samui: Beach Yoga Class & Full-Day Sightseeing Tour

The day will start bright and early with a yoga and meditation class at the beach. Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate, the instructor will make sure to accommodate your skill level as you go through the class. After your morning session, you’ll have free time to make use of the resort’s facilities. Feeling refreshed and revitalized, head to your first destination of the day: Hin Ta Hin Yai. Listen to the local folklore of how the rocks came to be and snap photos of the strange formations before going to a local restaurant for lunch. After filling yourself with delicious Thai food, you’ll make your way to Namuang 1 Waterfall. This serene cascade, hidden in the middle of a lush forest, is considered one of the most scenic waterfalls on the island. Take a dip in the refreshing pools before moving on.  Next stop is the gleaming golden Laem Sor Pagoda, one of the lesser-known sites in Koh Samui. Take a breather here and stroll around the temple grounds, set against the backdrop of the ocean. Then, continue the search for the best photo spots at Lad Koh Viewpoint. Take in panoramic views of the ocean and shoreline. Finish the day with a visit to two Buddhist temples, Big Buddha – famous for its 12-meter tall statue overlooking the island – and Wat Plai Laem, known for the striking 18-arm statue of the goddess of mercy. Explore these colorful temple grounds before making your way back to your accommodation.

3. Koh Samui: Muay Thai Class and Dinner at Sunset

After pickup from your accommodation, head to the local boxing gym. There you’ll be given a short introduction to Muay Thai and put through your paces in a warm-up session before the class starts. Learn more about Muay Thai, a local mixed martial art and one of the most beloved sports in Thailand. The sport has some similarities to boxing but also introduces the use of legs, elbows, arms, and shins. Learn the basics of the national sport and work up a sweat as you practice kicks, strikes, and punches. After an hour of Muay Thai action, head to the popular Bophut Beach for a delicious dinner with a view of the sunset. Replenish your body with traditional Thai dishes before strolling around the night market at Fisherman’s Village. Speak to the vendors and perhaps do a spot of souvenir shopping before heading back to your accommodation.
