Full description
Departing from the Svolvær harbor in the morning, you’ll set out for Trollfjord, about an hour away. On the way you can take in the breathtaking views in comfortable, panoramic lounges and multi-level decks. Experience a unique perspective on the mysterious depths of this fjord with incredible underwater drone stream. What do you think hides beneath the surface? Spend some time in Trollfjord, exploring white-tailed eagles soaring against the backdrop of soaring mountains. The engaging crew will tell you about the wildlife, landscape and history of the resilient communities that live in this epic coastal landscape. Onboard there’s a selection of beverages and local foods for purchase. Note that from the 7 August to 30 September we will use a replacement boat. Here are the main differences of the boats: It is a larger boat and can take more passengers than Brim but we will keep this extra space free for your comfort on board. The setup of seating inside the ship is a bit different, with less open space. However the seats are of high quality and comfortable. The boat can sail faster than Brim, giving us the option to spend a little more time in Trollfjord itself and also sail extend the route a bit. That said, the tour itself will remain the same and our own expert guides will as always do their utmost best to make your experience fantastic and to show you the magnificent Trollfjord. While the boat is also very quiet, it is not hybrid-electric and we will not be able to use an extra quiet electric engine while in Trollfjord.

The cruise well organised and went smoothly. As soon as we reached the fjord, the boat was switched to electrical power and it was really silent. We saw some majestic eagles on the way. The guides were excellent - humorous and informative at the same time. Also, the audio quality of the guides was excellent.

The tour was well organized. Guide was expert and explained all the views and gave history background. We stopped for viewing wild life and also looked underwater with automatic diving device and camera. The Troll fjord part was done slowly and without interruptions. It enabled us to enjoy the views.

The trip to the Trollfjord was very exciting. We saw sea eagles, fish through an underwater drone and of course the steep walls around the Trollfjord. The guides have contributed all sorts of information about flora and fauna and the history of fishing in Svolvær. Especially with the very quiet electric motor, it is possible to drive through the fjord without disturbing noises, unless a few inflatable boats from other providers are also driving in the fjord at the same time, but nobody can do anything about that. Anyway, we really liked it.
