My family and I had the pleasure of learning from Massimo on our recent Christmas visit to the region. He is so charismatic, fun and knowledgeable and our expectations were totally exceeded. We took this class at the start of our trip so we could utilize our newfound skills while doing our Christmas cooking. You won't find a better cooking lesson experience in Sicily :)

Alessio was funny and really flexible in what we wanted to do and where to pick us up/drop us off. Really great guy! We went to some really cool sites along etna and taormina that were really stunning. The trip was informative and fun! It definitely was the highlight of our italy trip.

I recommend to everyone. Alessio tells interesting stories and it's hard to get bored with him. He picked us up from where we stayed and drove us back to the place after the tour. It's worth it.

A kind and super professional guide - knew a lot. Etna is worth a visit Aldi in snow and vold weather

Natalie was extremely knowledgeable! We enjoyed every moment. We would highly recommend this tour.
