Overall, this was a great experience. We read a lot of reviews before booking this option through GYG and Ando Travel, so we were prepared for some of the "negative" aspects of the trip. There were 18 of us total in a cargo van, which sounds like a lot, but it was pretty comfortable. The combination of people is a total crapshoot, but we were fortunate that everyone in our van got along really, really well (shout out to the "desert gang"). For me, the only food to write home about was the kefta meatball dish at the hotel on the first night. Those were delicious. Everything else was just OK, but that's no biggie. The Merzouga camel ride and walking around the dunes was amazing. This was well worth the cost of the trip alone. Yes, the drives are long, but there are multiple stops along the way. The day 3 drive feels like an eternity, but our group took it in stride. By the end, we were blasting music and having a sing along! Shout out to our driver, AIT ALI, who was the best!

It was great! Worth the money, comfortable accommodation and clean. Expect a lot of traveling in the mini bus, at least 15 hours tot al. Moulay was one of the tour guides and really good at it. Karim is a good driver too

Fantastic organization it was a great experience I took the deluxe package for the camp it is worth the little extra money

We enjoyed it very much. The only caveat is that it was extremely cold at night sleeping in the tent

Everything was amazing! Loved our driver and all the activities!
