What people are saying about Tarajalejo

We were all enthusiastic about the tapas tour. The olive oil farmer Franzisko and his wife welcomed us warmly and he showed us his farm with the olive trees and other fruits, such as papayas, which he grows there. There were many explanations and we always had the opportunity to ask questions. We then sat down at a large table and tried the olive oil and other dishes together. At Kristina's cactus farm, we were first shown some cacti and given some explanations. Then we could taste the cactus juice and jam. At the end we were shown how to prepare some local sauces in the "cooking studio", which we were then allowed to try. On the goat farm, after a short tour, different matured goat cheeses were offered to try. It was a very nice and authentic morning, we really enjoyed it and can recommend the tour to everyone.

The tour was an absolute success! Kristina and Daniel gave us a great insight into Fuerteventura throughout the morning! All three fincas were very interesting! We started with Franzisko and his wife, under the olive trees we were allowed to taste his olive oil. Other typical specialties were also served there. Then we drove to Kristina's farm and were allowed to try cactus. She made it very tasty and we took some recipe ideas home with us! Finally, we were allowed to visit a goat farm and taste their cheese, here several degrees of maturity were laid out for testing. We tried them all and are pleasantly surprised! Just a great day and an absolutely authentic tour! Thank you for this!

Great experience and well organised. It was an opportunity to see and taste new things (fantastic fresh fruit, cactus jam and goat cheese are just some of them) and to see some parts of Fuerteventura. I highly recommend this trip. Great for those who want to meet some local producers and try new food.

A very good excursion, not too long. Pick up was 9:30am and return 2:40pm. Very pleasant guided tours and no imposition of the products. Very informative and the time flew by. I would recommend this excursion to anyone. Thank you Annemarie and Daniel.
