The trip there was very smooth, stopping at a few cultural places on the way. One was a traditional cheese maker where we were able to sample cheese with cranberry jam, cooked on an open fire, giving it a very smoky taste. Accompanied with shots of raspberry and lemon vodka, it was divine. We bought some for home at the shop on site. We were blessed with very good weather, the views were spectacular from the top of the mountain, the town is very quaint with a fair bit to explore and see. The driver was friendly and told us about the history of the places we stopped and of the town itself.

The mountains are beautiful and as it was April there was still snow on the tops. The smoked cheese tasting was excellent and we had a lovely chilling end of the day relaxing at the thermal pools overlooking the mountains. Gregor was an excellent guide sharing his knowledge and giving us plenty of time .

An amazing experience and would highly recommend! Our guide, Mariusz, was so friendly, informative and made the day extremely memorable. We can’t thank him enough for making the day so personalised and special, every single part of the day was enjoyable. Definitely book if you are staying in Kraków!
