We were a group of 4 families and 15 people in total. I booked and paid for everything online. Everything went great. The lady at the starting point was super friendly. Some of us went to the Uffizi in between. The others had a great bus ride with children. Personally, I sometimes find it a pity that the sound doesn't match the track 100%. It's often only seconds, but then you've missed something important. Unfortunately, that's how it was with Gallilei's house. Unfortunately, we didn't know exactly where it was. But at least we saw the area. Gladly again

Easy to use the app. Tickets downloaded to phone. Buses ran to time, every 20 minutes. Tour lasts an hour. Very well organised. Audio guide in 6 languages, individual headphones provided. Route easy to follow. Tour very informative and great views of beautiful Florence. Great value for money.

Wonderful trip around and partly in the city. Bus runs every 20 minutes. Therefore always a seat (even in high season) Can recommend it to everyone.

I visited awesome places that i would not by myself, on top of the bus it was really cool.

Great way to quickly assess the nice places to go see :)
