This excursion is on a big boat, with 60 to 80 people we estimate. Great clear guide. Lunch was a ham sandwich, and a warm rice dish with chicken meat balls and cole slaw. We saw pilot whales, tumbler dolphins and even sperm whales (rare!). It can get cold in the afternoons so bring dry/warm clothes. We did not use the transfer, and came with our rental car. Take enough time to find a parking spot somewhere and walk, because parking is difficult (soo busy). Enough seats (seats, not sunbeds) on the sundeck, not extreme spacious though.

Superb experience as described: - boat with a covered floor with comfortable sofas, the 2nd floor is in the sun and the hold is glazed which allows you to see cetaceans approaching the catamaran underwater! - music setting the mood and not too loud - swimming for 30 minutes near the Los Gigantes cliffs - copious meal served around 3:30 p.m., they give a small sandwich around 2:30 p.m. at the start that allows you to keep going And to finish, several incredible encounters with the dolphins and pilot whales, we saw several groups and the dolphins came to swim in front of the boat, it was amazing! -> Only downside, the sound of the guide's microphone is not very good unfortunately so we do not understand his explanations very well * Regarding the health protocol, although the on-board staff repeat that it is necessary to wear masks, since the drinks are unlimited, many people do not wear the mask after all like in a restaurant.

An all-round successful experience. Check in without any problems with smartphone tickets. Nice boat. Staff very friendly. Tour guide Johann really speaks all languages. It's very funny and explained everything great. Always in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian… ..we had the morning tour, after departure you get a salami roll, at noon after swimming in the great bay a great lunch. You can tap drinks like water, soda etc. yourself. The ride itself is an experience.
