They picked us up at our hotel and dropped us back off. That was great especially being in a strange place for the first time. This excursion was fun. It was a beautiful view. We took paved side streets up the mountain through small towns. It was a dusty ride after we went off road. Make sure you have something to cover your nose and mouth and wear goggles. The guides were funny and friendly. They did not speak English well, and we did not speak Spanish, but we made it work. It was not a lot of forest to see, but it was nice. It was a mountain but not Mt. Tiede. If you like riding it will be a good change from the beach scene.

The quads were in a technically very bad condition. In some cases, the gas remained stuck at full throttle, in the field, this can be very dangerous for inexperienced. Other "quads went out again and again and had to be restarted several times. The booked forest tour did not take place in the forest, which apparently burned down many years ago, so it was a tour in the "Buschland", all in the sun. The organization while driving, as well as the guides were good.
