Our family (4 people) really enjoyed the guided tour with Melanie. According to the guide, the tour could only be adapted due to the corona. The information on the individual stages was very helpful and informative. The individual stations that we headed to from 5 a.m. were the Reeperbahn including the Kiez bakery, the old Elbe tunnel, landing bridges, a short port trip and, at the end, the fish market. The coffee and the Franzbrötchen at the beginning of the tour were worth their weight in gold.

Bus drivers were informative re: boat tickets (since the website/app we’re not very detailed); neither lake or river cruises has English translation, but still very beautiful and scenic; was able to do all 3 in 1 day (we only had 1 day in Hamburg) - great way to see everything, if you don’t have a lot of time.

The tour was comprehensive and informative. We say many of the important districts of Hamburg and the architectural buildings we were hoping to see. The tour was informative and the guide was very funny.

Super organized and informative. We got there a little earlier and were actually able to take an earlier trip, completely unproblematic.

Great experience with a very personable city guide who showed us a few beautiful corners of Hamburg - I can only recommend it!
