We liked the experience very much - the setting included scenes with the “famous seat” from the intro, monica’s apartment, chandler & joey’s apartment, central perk, altar at the vegas, etc. - and even hugsy as a bonus ;) Some ideas for improvement: - Gift shop could have more varieties, the assortment was rather limited - Some additional scenes could be offered, on a temporary basis (e.g. Ross & Emily’s wedding venue, etc.) - An exclusive experience with the actors / actresses would be awesome (e.g. an exclusive interview (on video) by them for the visitors, signature days, etc.)

Definitely worth a visit. Some this were great with the exception of a few disappointing moments. Some staff were brilliant and helpful and others acted like they were waiting for a bus. I was extremely disappointed not to be allowed behind the purple door to get the picture sticking heads around it that are clearly on the website but not allowed on the day. You also can't sit on the chairs in Monica's apartment like the website claims. But there are still some good photo opportunities and memorabilia. Worth a visit for any fan.

The staff were all so helpful. We were on the way to the airport so we asked if there was somewhere to store our bags. Not only did they store our bags, they also allowed us to go into the experience early as well. And there was always someone around to take a picture
