What people are saying about Thiseio

My girlfriend and I visited Athens in the first week of January of 2023. The Acropolis, Parthenon and Acropolis Museum are must sees for first time visitors to Athens. Our tour guide Zeta was incredibly engaging, knowledgeable and very attentive to the needs of our tour group! She seemed to be an endless vault of information and answered all of our questions without skipping a beat! My girlfriend and I are in our early 20s and Zeta felt like our mother! We were so sad when she left! I would definitely recommend this tour with this company to anyone, one of the best tours I had while traveling!

George was an exceptional sommelier and his knowledge of the wines he selected was faultless. He answered all our questions in perfect English and was very engaging, so much so we stayed for dinner which was excellent and opted to buy a bottle of one of the wines we tried. All the wines we tried were of Greek origin which is exactly what we were hoping for and all very nice. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and knowledgable of the items they had on offer. Plus the view of the Acropolis as we dined and drank was just perfect.

My girlfriend and I did the wine-tasting under the Acropolis and the views were phenomenal! Despite there being problems with our reservation booking, George still accommodated us and we had a great time tasting the delicious wines. We got to try 3 white wines and 3 red wines, with the red wines being complimentary since there were not many additional customers that night (my girlfriend and I went during the tourism off-season of January). George was incredibly informed about the wines and we had a wonderful experience and time!

bikes were excellent. the guide was better. very chill way to see the acropolis and surrounding areas. good bits of info given as well. highly recommend.

Angela, our guide, gave detailed explanations throughout the walk. Our questions were also answered promptly. Thank you Angela!!
