WiFi was delivered to our hotel , collected it on arrival . Worked great for the whole ten days . The battery probably lasted about twelve hours . With two phones using the WiFi . Just occasionally needed to take a power bank if we planned to be out for a long day.

I received my Wi-Fi at the hotel which was super convenient. Service was great 24/7. I was able to use the wifi with not problem at all. I dropped off the router at the airport. Easy to find the drop-off location and easy return. Very satisfied and will highly recommend it.

The whole process went as advertised. The device was handed to us when we checked into our hotel. Drop off at the airport was easy—the provided instructions made this very clear. Having internet access in Japan is essential, and this kept us connected everywhere we went. Make sure you bring an external charger, as the battery life didn’t last a full day. But otherwise no complaints.
