You will be hard pressed to ask a question that Frank will not be able to answer, he’s an incredible fountain of Ramen knowledge and the places he brought us were delicious. He has crafted a tasting experience that’s goes from exceptional to complex (in the best way possible). You will learn so much about Ramen your brain will be exploding as much as your gut, cause you’ll eat more Ramen then most people do in a week over a few hours. Highly recommend you do this.

Outstanding.

One of the highlights of our trip to Tokyo. My wife and I took this tour as we consider ourselves foodies and low level ramen enthusiasts....it did not disappoint. Franks passion for Ramen was infectious and is what separated this tour from other food tours we have done. The food selection was amazing and we most certainly did not leave hungry sampling 11 bowls between us over the three hours. Definitely recommend.

SUPER INTERESTING

Our guide Frank organized a great ramen tour with us (we were only lucky enough to be 2) in which we visited 3 different ram shops and each received the necessary information from ramen without going into theory too much Preparing no ramen yourself is well explained how to prepare it. A really successful, excellent, information-rich tour for absolute ramen fans or for those who want to become Mike & Vasco
