From the top of an open-top double-decker bus, you will see evidence of Christian, Jewish, and Muslim communities that lived side-by-side. Marvel at Sephardic synagogues and mosques with horseshoe-shaped forms. The entire city has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its monuments from the past are many. With your ticket, enjoy unlimited hop-on-hop-off bus rides, with buses that run every 40/60 minutes (depending on time of day), and depart from the Alcazar. You can take a full loop in just 50 minutes, but your ticket is valid for 24 hours, giving you plenty of time to explore at leisure. The Silver Ticket includes 24hr Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus Tour, entry to the Alcázar palace (closed on Mondays), and a Guided walking tour.

    This tour was really perfect for our situation. My friend and I only had 3-4 hours to see Toledo and this made it possible to at least drive all the way around the city and see the important sites. I wish we could have taken advantage of the 24 hour option to use the ticket! Toledo has so much to discover!

    Toledo is the perfect town for Hop-on Hop-off! We arrived on the early train from Madrid and there were buses waiting at the train station so we did not have to worry about transportation into town. Make sure you sit on the right side of the bus for the best views and picture taking. We got off at the Alcazar. We really enjoyed are visit as the museum is so well done. After walking the town, including the cathedral, we found ourselves a bit early for the next train so we did the entire loop again. We noticed there are two different buses, one new, one older and beat up. The newer one is obviously nicer and easier to get pictures.

    Great way to get your bearings and see all the major sites, then decide which ones you want to do in more depth. The taped guided tour was informative and interesting. The driver was great and stopped a couple of times to give us 5 minutes for photos etc.
