We enjoyed the view, but there seemed to be a little confusion on how to get up/down to the other levels. We just followed the crowd, but then sweet, but overwhelmed man yelled at everyone. Same thing happened when ascending the stairs to the top level. They weren’t mean, but you could tell they were frustrated.

The tour itself was really good! It was fantastic to learn about Chicago and see all the sites and get useful tips about the city. The only downside was the man checking everyone’s tickets, he was just rude and gave the impression he didn’t want to be there. He was one of the first people to greet me and put me in the mood of “what have I signed up for”. My barcode wouldn’t scan so I tried to make it bigger he very grumpily said “that’s too big” and walked off without saying anything else to deal with another customer. Just really bad customer service. Everything was much better on the tour though, the tour guide Craig was really good and engaging. I liked how he answered everyone’s questions not just about the waterfront but Chicago itself.

We love the Top of the Rock. It was nice because it wasn't busy, but it wasn't busy because the weather was bad. They warned us that we might not have any views at the top. We did have views, but they were a little foggy. This was not anything the observation deck could control.
