One of the best tours on my North American holiday
I wanted to personally thank our tour guide/driver Al, who was exceptional in hosting the tour. He connected, grounded, very knowledgable of both Toronto and Niagara Falls and had many stories to go w it, which I loved. The tour I would definitely highly recommend, you get your moneys worth. Well organised and very informative w all details I required to attending and having a successful, enjoyable day. Thanks Al for being an awesome Host, also the admin team for keeping me informed. You definitely see all that is Niagara Falls about. BIG thanks again and would highly recommend it to anyone.
We were having a family birthday celebration for family members and friends ranging in age from 9 to 95 and all thoroughly enjoyed the sightseeing and the commentary. The guys on the boat were super friendly and accommodating and when I needed to make some changes to our reservation prior to the trip, your rep was very helpful.
The co-captain provided a very entertaining guide of the harbour and islands with extensive knowledge of the history. We got to see parts of the island we had never seen before and from a different perspective.
The tour was lovely. Guide was funny, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. If you want to take photos, I recommend sitting abovedeck, as the plastic windows make it hard to get a good photo
The guide and captain were great. The guide was very knowledgeable, spoke well, made the information interesting. I learned a great deal about our Harbour Front and the Islands.
