Knowledgeable, courteous and soooo kind. I was travelling with a special needs adult child, he went abouve and beyond making sure needs were accommodated. Would 100% take this cruise again

    The guide Micol was very nice and professional, also she gave us some tips during the trip. The hotel in Niagara Falls was regular with bad breakfast. Only 1,5 hour in the outlet, it is not enough. The bus is not very comfortable. But the tour is totally worth it.

Such an easy process buying from this 3rd party. We spent about 3.5 hours touring the floors. Such extensive exhibits. There’s something for everyone!
