This was a wonderful day out and trip to Niagara for our party of three. Our driver, host and guide, James (from Sri Lanka), was magnificent; knowledgeable, kind and witty throughout. He responded flexibility to a huge traffic jam en route to the Falls and ensured we still had time to enjoy the Falls and time in Niagara on the Lake. James had suggestions for coffees, how to use time at the falls most effectively and for lunch in Niagara on the Lake. James was also a font of interesting facts about places, people and history of the region along the way. This was a five-star experience with a five-star guide. We have friends planning to visit Toronto next year and we will recommend this trip to them (and to those reading this commentary) without hesitation. Our thanks to you all.

Our driver, Sasi, was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up at our hotel and drove us to Niagara Falls, explaining lots of interesting things along the way. The car was very comfortable; we told the driver where we wanted to stop or not. He was at our entire disposal: it was very pleasant not to have to stress over directions or find parking spaces. On the other hand, what really needs to be specified more clearly is that this activity relates ONLY to transport. We found ourselves at Niagara Falls and had to buy the tickets to go on the boat (note: which is worth it!) when we thought when reading the description of the offer that this was included in the price .

Varol was a great guide and ensured that we maximised our time at Niagara and Niagara on the lakes. He was a wealth on information. Great day out we would definitely recommend this. Crystal at the booking office ensured all the logistics even last minute with a stop off to the winery. What a great day we had
