I throughly enjoyed my stay at Pearson Airprt PlazaPremieur lounge. The reception staff very helpful. I was unable to open my app with my ticket . The young lady reception did it for me . I found the setting very comfortable and spacious. I waspleased with the choice of food. It was great it was buffet style. The toliets nice and clean. I loved looking at the airplanes landing and taking off. The staff vey helpful provided service with a smile. I am from the U K , I hope I vist Toronto again and use the Premier Plaza lounge again. It was diffcult to find and we could sent around alot before we finally found it.

We had an 8hr layover in Toronto & decided not to leave the airport & to relax in the lounge instead. We booked for 6hrs which we thought was at a very reasonable cost. There was plenty of seating although it did get a little busy for a while as it was used by British Airways until they opened up their own lounge. The food was topped up regularly & there was enough choice. We didn’t drink alcohol through choice but did notice that some drinks had to be paid for.

Overall good. Space was clean, staff helpful. Food selection seemed limited- needs more snack-type options and wider hot menu variety. Cocktails need work; more ice, limes/lemons were not available, mixers were limited and premium alcohol was $ extra. Since this is a premium lounge that customers are already paying for, there should not be extra cost for upgrading your liquor brand. Check in technology/ procedure was cumbersome creating a long wait time. Customer should not have to download an app to get the one- time QR code for entry.
