Was quite hungry, as this was a very light lunch. I helped the kids eat their food which helped the hunger pains. Food was in small portions and well presented and very tasty. We had to pay for extra drinks such as water and teas etc. The bus is a little hot to begin with but the air con kicks in when on the move. It was a fabulous way to see London and the interior looked lovely and comfortable, even the toilet was nice . I would recommend booking on a special occasion. The staff member serving was very hospitable and did an excellent job juggling all the customers onboard.

Michael was an amazing tour guide (although he did say he wasn’t official and just a member of the boat crew). He made everyone feel safe and added some great commentary along the ride. Would definitely book again as we go a great view of either side of the Thames!

The tour guide was amazing so knowledgeable and really funny. Was great to find out some interesting facts about the buildings along the Thames and of course, the bridges. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely time in the cruise. Staff very helpful getting elderly relatives off and on the vessel. Good commentary from crew too, pointing out the important buildings along the way. Thank you!
