This was a great experience! I would high recommend doing it your first day in Seville as they will recommend place to eat and also the food you make creates a benchmark for everything else. Laura’s English was great and we had a wonderful time cooking and talking to other tourists visiting the city. The 4 dishes we made were wonderful and we even get the recipes to take home! Highly recommend the experience to others to experience Spanish cooking and dishes.

A really enjoyable way to experience the Triana Market and Spanish cooking with a fun group of like-minded people. We learned far more than just the recipes - such as how to properly bone a chicken and buying authentic Spanish ingredients - and the chef was patient and knowledgable, happy to answer all of the group's questions. To top it off, the food was delicious. This activity was the highlight of our long weekend in Seville.

One of our favorite activities on our trip was this cooking class with guide Dani and chef Leo!! They were so kind and accommodating while also just a lot of fun!! We walked away with a new favorite dish (salmorejo) and a new appreciation for paella! We received copies of the recipes via email soon after the class so we can make these favorites at home! Absolutely worth doing this activity!!!

Antonio was an excellent guide!! The food was as exceptional as the history behind the dishes and the cuisines covered. You cannot go wrong by booking this tour! We learned so much about Andalucia and how the food ties with its culture and history. This is for the foodie who wants to add that deeper flavor that feeds the mind! Very highly recommended!!

Absolutely fantastic experience!! Sweet, welcoming, committed Spanish chefs. Super exciting tour of the market. Educational and inspiring and delicious delicious food!!
