Antonietta made us feel welcome. We made bruschetta, tiramusi and pasta together. She doesn't speak English, so there was a translator. When we were done cooking, we had a really nice dinner together with her family and some friends. It was special, because we were invited in her family's home and to be surrounded with Italians. It was a nice local experience and the food was good.
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. Our two teenagers loved learning to make pasta from scratch - how to chop vegetables correctly and lots of other culinary tips. Our teacher was amazing; so knowledgeable and entertaining. We loved the whole experience so much that we would definitely do one of the other courses when we return to Florence.
The pick up point was easy to find snd on time for a short drive across the river and up the hill to a lovely setting. Everyone made a gelato flavor which we shared after making and eating our pizzas Our group was from many countries and we had a lot of laughs A wonderful way to spend an evening with 3 very clever and entertaining chefs Luca Luigi Max
This experience was spectacular! We enjoyed so much! Was a lot of fun, learning and eating! One of the best things we did in Florence! Really recommended!
Best thing to do in Florence is to try this experience. Max, Luca and Luigi were the best hosts and teachers. 5 hours just flew by with them.
