We had a great experience with this tour company at Uffizi. Getting into the museum was quick and efficient. They took care to make sure everyone could hear the tour guide over the audio system and even provided us with bottled water on a hot day. Our guide Cosetta was excellent: knowledgeable, very clear, and with impeccable English. She also gave us a few great recommendations for sights and sounds around Florence besides Uffizi.

All very well organized! They welcomed us at the established point (blue and not orange flags), equipped with earphones with voice repeater devices and mineral water. The guide, Mrs. Cosetta, is a delightful and very courteous person. He interspersed the explanations with historical news and anecdotes, making the visit pleasant even for the children whom he patiently involved and allowed to participate. Really recommended thanks

Sylvia was an excellent guide - fun, hugely informative, able to discuss the art in broader historical context beyond Florence, and engaged late teens as well 50+. We all really enjoyed our visit and came out feeling we'd really learned and enjoyed our visit. Absolutely worth it, and she very generously gave us some more time as we hadn't got through the highlights.
