What people are saying about Uluwatu

Excellent experience!! Once you get there, the first line moves very quickly but it is the entrance to the temple itself which costs 50,000 IDR per adult. Then, you enter the temple area which you can walk around beforehand if you get there early! I walked around in the dark after the show but it seemed like it would have been cool to explore before the show in the daylight. LOTS of monkeys around the temple - be aware! Take off your glasses! The Sunday I went had 2 shows: I purchased tickets for the 6pm showing but there was also a 7:15 show. The sun was shining at first and it was hot but it set pretty quickly. The performance was very cool and engaging and fun to watch. Definitely worthwhile!! They even give you a paper with information about the show's story and origin.

Scenic views and stunning dance ! Special thanks to our guide Putu for his explanations ;)
