Start your day tour with a drive from Mexico City to the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary. Each year the monarchs fly 5,000 kilometers from Canada to Mexico, where they spend the winter. To get to the sanctuary you’ll walk through the woods and learn about what butterflies eat, how they reproduce, and their lifecycle. Admire the Wedding Veil Waterfall, which is an impressive cascade named after the form it creates. Visit the magical town of Valle de Bravo and the San Francisco de Asis Mission Church, considered the highest temple in the State of Mexico. Enjoy some free time for shopping before returning to Mexico City.

Explore the picturesque town of Valle de Bravo, famous for its weekend getaways and extreme sports such as skiing, mountain biking, and paragliding. Make your way to the meeting point in Mexico City, then head to Valle de Bravo with your driver-guide. Upon arrival, discover the Carmel Maranatha House of Prayer, which was built by the Carmelite monks in the 1970s. Marvel at the beautiful architecture of this spiritual retreat that invites meditation and personal enlightenment through silence. Later, visit the Valle de Bravo and Velo de Novia waterfall, famous for its wide mouth of water, located next to the road. Appreciate the view from the viewpoint and, if you like, walk beside the river and its abundant vegetation. Enjoy some free time to take pictures and soak up the sound of falling water. Next, go back to the Zocalo (main square) of this Magic Town to try the local food. Savor an ice cream in the main plaza and stroll around to get a feel for the local way of life. If you want, ask your guide to take you to the port to take a boat ride on the dam (not included). Finally, head back to Mexico City.

Visit the famous Bride’s Veil waterfall. This destination receives its name from the shapes that form when the water rushes down, giving the appearance of a huge and white "Bride's Veil." Visit the magical town of Valle de Bravo, which was founded by a Franciscan mission and then baptized with the name of San Francisco Del Valle de Temascaltepec. Your tour continues on to Valle de Bravo Downtown with its cobbled streets and its quaint main square. Here you will visit the Church of Black Christ, the Parroquia San Francisco de Asis, known as Cathedral of Valle de Bravo. Enjoy the main attraction, Valle De Bravo Lake, where locals take part in several water sports. Enjoy a boat trip on the lake with music, during which you appreciate the wonderful sunset, before exploring the area with free time for food and shopping. Before leaving, you will can visit a local handicraft market.

Day 1: You will begin with a walk on the side of the Nevado de Toluca volcano, where you will enter the beautiful pine woods that cover the slopes of the mountain. After walking along the beautiful footpaths, which allow you panoramic views of this incredible place, you will arrive at an amazing valley. From there you will follow the track to Corral de Piedra (Farmyard of Stone) where you will stay in front of the dam which provides this place with so much character. Day 2: The following day you will hike along the river to the valley of Capilla Vieja, which has a lake that you will travel around. Following the lake, you will enter the forest, seeing wild mushrooms, birds, and other animals. Eventually, you will arrive at the Pueblo Mágico of Valle de Bravo, where you will enjoy a delicious meal before being granted some free time. At the conclusion of your experience, you will be returned back to Mexico City.
